All loans are subject to our credit policies and approval. Loan amounts, terms, and conditions vary by state. Not all applicants will qualify for the maximum loan amount or the lowest rate available.

Loan Amounts

Loan amounts range from $100 to $5,000, depending on the state of operation and the applicant's creditworthiness. The actual loan amount, term, and APR may vary based on credit determination and state law.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

The APR for loans varies by state and loan amount. Your actual APR will be disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign. APR includes all applicable fees and charges as required by the Truth in Lending Act.

Repayment Terms

Loans are repaid in equal monthly installments over a set term. The number of payments and the payment amount will be disclosed in your loan agreement. There are no prepayment penalties — you can pay off your loan early without additional charges.

Late Payment Fees

If a payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be assessed. The amount of the late fee varies by state. Please refer to your loan agreement for specific late fee information.

Credit Bureau Reporting

We report information to Equifax and TransUnion on a monthly basis. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.

Military Lending Act

Due to changes in the Military Lending Act regulations, we regret that we are no longer able to make loans to members of the Armed Forces serving on active duty or active Guard or Reserve duty or the Spouse or Dependent of such a person.
