Text Message Communications
Security Finance may send text messages to customers who have opted in to receive them. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Security Finance regarding your account, including but not limited to:
- Payment reminders and confirmations
- Account notifications
- Promotional offers (if opted in separately)
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opting Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message from Security Finance
- Contacting your local branch
- Calling Customer Relations at 1-866-281-7043
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from Security Finance unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Text messaging is supported on most major wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
